Excellent question! When you get your logo designed by Buttered Up (you lucky thing, you!) you’ll receive a suite that includes a primary logo, secondary logo and submark, plus all the deets on when and where to use each one. How good!

Two rounds of revisions are included during the design process, which is normally more than enough - we’re just that good! On the off chance you do need some additional back and forth, you’ll be charged hourly which will be added onto your remaining balance.

After you sign your initial agreement (how exciting!), you’ll receive an invoice which can pay via bank transfer, or card (pesky fees apply though). All packages require a 50% deposit to get the ball rolling. The remaining balance is due prior to project completion, or can be paid in increments over the duration of the project.

Most packages begin with a 1:1 video call, or a super in-depth questionnaire. Once I begin working my magic, we’ll keep in touch via email.

Timing can vary depending on the inclusions and how busy I am, but before you commit you’ll be advised of your timeline so you know what to expect. As a rough estimate, design packages take between 3-6 weeks.
